Parking provided at The Plaza is subject to cross-easement agreements among the retail, office and theater portions of the 7.4-acre project. In recognition of the different time utilization of the various uses, the theater is parked as retail use during the day and as a theater at night. A portion of the parking for the nighttime use of the theater is accommodated via a recorded cross parking agreement with the office building located at the northwest corner of the project.
